Troy got his PRT Level 1 certification through the International PRT Conference held by Stanford Medicine. The Stanford Autism Center is known for using this evidence‑based approach. Pepperdine University

Troy is equipped with advanced education in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Graduating from Pepperdine University with a Master of Science, he was trained and educated by prominent figures in the ABA space at the highly innovative Pepperdine Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP). After his degree, he chose to pursue a subspeciality in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), applying his education across business settings and pursuing industry standard certifications.

Professional Development:
Florida Tech (FIT)

Throughout his master's journey in behavior analysis, Troy began to move toward the subspecialty known as Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). Due to his interest, he enrolled at Florida Tech for the purpose of getting an OBM Specialist Certificate, further refining his ability to manage operational excellence within behavioral systems.

Bachelor of Science:
University of Nevada, Reno

Before his graduate journey, he attended the University of Nevada, Reno, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition (Dietetics) with a minor in Public Health. This foundational background in health sciences informs his holistic approach to welfare and behavioral optimization.
